Our Lady of Perpetual Help Chapel

Transfiguration is blessed to have a 24 Hour Chapel accessible to parishioners and the community at large. Since its creation in 2000, the chapel has had a dedicated group of volunteers to watch over the the Blessed Sacrament 24 Hours a day.

Everyone is welcome to pass by and pray in front of the chapel at any time. Please note that the chapel requires a code from 9 p.m. in the evening until 7:30 a.m. the following morning. To obtain this code, please call the parish office @ (416) 247-0513 and speak to one of the parish staff.

If you would like to become an adorer for a specific hour, please contact the parish office as well.
